If you are you interested in attracting more business events to your venue and region, this interactive workshop will provide you with an overview of the business events sector and cover the following topics to support you in securing more business events:
- Introduction to business events
- Proposals – responding to requests and creating winning proposals
- Tips and Techniques in Sales – engaging the team in a selling mindset and asking for the business
- Contract negotiation and getting the small print right the first time
- Establishing and maintaining productive business relationships
- Enhancing the customer experience
The workshop will be delivered in partnership with Meetings and Events Australia (MEA), with support from the Victorian State Government.
