Hosted by Sanders Orchard, and joined in-person by presenters Ross Wilson – AgFirst, Ross Wilson, Peter Allderman, Pome Fruit Manager – TopFruit (South Africa) and Dr Nigel Cook, Crop Physiologist – Prophyta (South Africa), this Southern Victoria Orchard Walk will review the most recent harvest outcomes, setting targets for the coming season and inputs options to meet those targets, different orchard systems and varieties, and optimising pruning times for profitability.
